Landor, the WPP global brand consultancy, has appointed Durk Barnhill executive director of new business development at the firm's New York office. With more than two decades of experience growing agencies, Barnhill will lead Landor’s new business development and growth strategies in New York, reporting to Gabe Miller, president of the Americas.  Previously Barnhill was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where he served as a member of its worldwide executive board. Happy Medium has promoted Kristen Sabin to serve as digital agency's first Chief Operating Officer. Previously she was director, client experience. Sabin will oversee sales, services, processes and policies, human resources, and work closely with the CFO Kevin Snyder on the digital agency's budgets and financial planning. Christine Polson will replace Sabin in her previous Client Experience position.
