Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, has announced the elevation of Kiser Barnes to Head of Design, North America. He’ll report to Chief Creative Officer Atit Shah. Previously he served as SVP/Experience Design. Prior to joining Digitas, Kiser served at  BFG, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and ERA-co. He has worked with brands including Google, Chase, Lincoln Motor Company, Campari and Heineken.

Chloe Mays has been named associate director of influencer marketing.
