MARTY YUDKOVITZ has joined TiVo as its new president. Previously, Yudkovitz headed up NBC's interactive and digital TV units. In his new post, Yudkovitz will be responsible for driving the deployment of TiVo through satellite, cable and advertising partnerships. He will also focus on helping TV and other content creators develop new revenue opportunities on TiVo's digital video recorder platform.

ELIZABETH CROW, executive vp and editorial director of Primedia's consumer magazine group, has left the company after 10 months on the job. Crow previously worked at Rodale as vp/editorial director of their Women's Health Group.

MIKE ROSE has been named Vice President, Sales Manager for the Clear Channel Radio Sales Emerald Team in Los Angeles. Rose began his career as a Senior Account Executive with McGavren Guild Radio in 1995. In 1998 he became Sales Manager with MG/Susquehanna and in 2000 Rose joined RadioWave.com as Regional Sales Manager. In 2001, he joined Clear Channel Traffic as a Senior Account Executive, his most recent position.

Blacklow will lead all marketing efforts for the company and build an identifiable brand, ensure a profitable consumer life cycle, maintain consistency across consumer touch points and manage key distribution relationships. Draft has hired LISA PENELTON as senior vice president of analytic services, where she will focus on integrating data, statistical modeling, and economic analysis into the marketing process for the company. Penelton returns to Draft after more than a year at GreySTAR, where she directed data strategy for BellSouth, Xerox and United Airlines since 2002. Prior to GreySTAR, Penelton was VP, director of analytic services at Draft from 1998 until 2002.

Rodale has announced that ASEEM CHHABRA has been named Advertising General Manager of Organic Style and Organic Gardening magazines. Chhabra will manage overall ad revenue and expense accounting for the two magazines. He will also be responsible for strategic planning and financial forecast monitoring. Chhabra spent the last two years as a consultant in the publishing industry. Prior to that, he was the Director of Finance for Architectural Digest at Condé Nast.

A board member since 1995, Alstrup has served as Vice Chairman of the Ad Council since June of 2000.
