    Starcom USA, a full-service media agency unit of Starcom MediaVest Group, has hired ELIZABETH HERBST-BRADY as senior vice president/director of broadcast investment. Herbst-Brady will relocate from New York City to Chicago, where she will assume primary responsibility for all agency television investment activities—including broadcast, cable, and syndication. She joins Starcom from her job as EVP of advertising sales at Universal Television.

    CHIP RUSSO, former Western region director at Eyeblaster, has joined PointRoll as regional vice president, West Coast sales. Russo worked for Eyeblaster for more than two years, opening the company's Los Angeles office and creating relationships with publishers, agencies, and advertisers. At PointRoll, Russo will build the company's West Coast presence and report to Andy Ellenthal, PointRoll's SVP of sales.
  • JOHN HENDERSON: AdSpace Networks
    AdSpace Networks, creator of networked digital video advertising displays in malls and theaters, has named JOHN HENDERSON senior vice president of advertising sales and marketing. He will head up AdSpace's New York office, leading its team of national advertising sales professionals. Henderson served as vice president of integrated sales and marketing at Sony Music Entertainment where he worked with many of the company's entertainment assets to create non-traditional marketing opportunities.
  • CHRISTOPHER BUCZEK: National Geographic

He will develop and manage custom advertising and cross-platform programs for National Geographic magazine. VANESSA AMPOLINI has been named marketing project manager. She will be responsible for the execution of special advertising projects. Lastly, ILEANA NORTON has been named strategic marketing manager. She will create advertising presentations and sales materials.
