TV Guide Channel has added three people to its programming and production team. MATT SINGERMAN joins as senior vice president, programming and production; KRISTIN PEACE has been named vice president, development; and DMITRI PONOMAREV has been named vice president, On Demand. Singerman was most recently executive producer of Fox & Friends. Peace joins TV Guide Channel from Paramount Domestic Television, where she was vice president of programming and development. Ponomarev was most recently general manager, interactive platforms for TVG Network.

OnRequest Images, a provider of custom imagery, has named JANICE MAYO as chief marketing officer, and TOM COLOMBO, the former chief financial officer of Sedgwick Rd. as its chief financial officer. Mayo will be responsible for driving the company’s overall brand and marketing strategy, and Colombo will be responsible for managing the finance, accounting, human resources, administrative, and legal departments.
