    CURT HECHT has been named chief digital officer of GM Planworks, the full-service media agency dedicated to General Motors. Planworks' parent network Starcom MediaVest Group has also named him an executive vice president. He will directly manage GM Planworks key relationships with companies such as Yahoo, Google and AOL.

McClelland was previously founder and chief integration officer of integratedBRAND, where he independently consulted with several Fortune 500 Companies in such industries as pharmaceutical, financial services, new product launches, and health and beauty aids.

    Telmar Group has named CLARE O'NEIL as managing director and CEO of Telmar's South African operation. LISA BOTHA continues as president and director of Telmar South Africa and MARTIN URRY continues as technical director and director of the company. O'Neil was general manager of South Africa's largest TV broadcaster, SABC Television Airtime Sales, since 2001.
