MJ ANGIOLLO has joined the print and Internet services team at Scarborough Research as account director, and BARBARA QUISENBERRY has been promoted to director of account management. Angiollo comes to Scarborough from the San-Antonio Express News where she was research manager. Quisenberry has been with Scarborough for five years, coming to Scarborough from The Dallas Morning News where she served as research director.

MAJA MIJATOVIC has been promoted to director of national radio, up from manager of national radio, at Horizon Media. Mijatovic began her media career when she joined Horizon Media in 1998 as an assistant network radio buyer. In addition, SOOUN LEE has been promoted to account supervisor, up from account executive. Lee joined Horizon from J. Walter Thompson where she was a senior media planner.

SHERATON KALOURIA has been named president of television for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Kalouria, who most recently served as NBC Universal’s senior vice president, daytime programs, will oversee MSLO’s television business segment. Kalouria will also spearhead all development efforts and oversee distribution of MSLO’s library, which contains more than 1,600 hours of programming.
