JOHN WATTLES has been named sales manager at the Time Inc. Business & Finance Network. Wattles will manage all non-automotive accounts for the TIBFN in Michigan and Ohio.

JONATHAN ROSEN has been named senior vice president, web business operations at Autobytel. Most recently, Rosen was head of strategy and business development for AOL's Search Group.

The Republik has hired CAROLIN HARRIS as art director on the Colony Tire and Fayetteville Tourism accounts. Previously, Harris was a freelance art director for agencies including John Kelly & Associates and The Splinter Group.

MARY C. POULIOPOULOS has been named executive vice president, sales and marketing, for WorldLink. Pouliopoulos, who was formerly in a senior sales position with TWC Media Solutions/The Weather Channel, will be responsible for the day-to-day sales operations.

SCOTT JONES has been named executive foods editor at Southern Living. Jones joined the magazine in 1999.
