The Atlantic named Anita Rao-Keech Los Angeles integrated sales director.

Moving Pictures Magazine named Laurent Chardin-Rischmann as head of sales and marketing. Most recently, Rischmann spent six years at The Hollywood Reporter where he was sales manager for west coast independents and luxury brands.

Fuseideas hired Laura Ackerman as director of public relations.

Sundance Channel promoted Sarah Barnett to executive vice president and general manager, up from senior vice president of marketing.

Signal Outdoor Advertising hired Toni Short as Orlando market manager. She replaces Dusty Cummins who relocated to the company's Atlanta operation. The company also promoted Sarah Rosario from sales assistant to account executive for the Orlando market.

Melissa Bordin joins Thrillist as an east coast sales manager. She was previously an account executive at Wired. Jenna Craig joins the company as a sales planner. She was previously a sales planner at CondeNet.

Mediabrands' Wahlstrom hired Geoff Kehoe as president. Kehoe joins Wahlstrom from Motorola.

WONGDOODY hired Laura Porto Stockwell as senior director, digital strategy for social content and emerging media. Previously, Stockwell worked as experience director at Razorfish where she created digital strategies for Ford Motor Company, Microsoft and Condé Nast, among others.

Radar DDB has opened a Toronto office. Yvonne van Dinther, who managed Radar DDB in Vancouver since 2007, is now charged with spearheading Radar DDB, Toronto along with Steve Wright, strategic planner. In Vancouver, Justin Young has been hired as managing director of Radar DDB.
