Starz Media tapped Alecia Dixon as vice president, domestic TV sales. Dixon most recently served as senior vice president of international pay television and digital media at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.

Jeff Berg was promoted to creative director at OLSON, up from associate creative director.

Cole Hartman was named senior vice president of marketing at the Inter/Media Group of Companies. He was most recently vice president, western region at Horizon Media.

Campbell Mithun is integrating its media department and its Compass Point Media unit under the Compass Point Media brand name. Dick Hurrelbrink will lead the newly combined operation as president. Earl Herzog will remain in his role as executive vice president director of media operations at Compass Point Media.

Transpera named Jason Weisberger as president and COO. Weisberger joins Transpera from Federated Media, where he was chief operating officer.

Broadband Enterprise hired Ravi Tijare as vice president, operations.

Brand Affinity Technologies hired Rich Powell as director of east coast sales. Powell previously worked as director for strategic sales at Tremor Media.

Federated Media Publishing hired Deanna Brown as president and chief operating officer. Brown most recently was president at Scripps Networks Digital.

TidalTV elevated Tom McMahon to chief revenue officer and Mike Woosley to chief operating officer.

KARMA Media Labs hired Karina Grotz as vice president of marketing and business development and Tom Williams as vice president of client services. In addition, Lori Dicker was promoted to CEO and JP Clement was elevated to COO at the company.
