Joe Garcia was named president of McCann Midwest. Garry Neel, who previously held a dual role leading McCann Midwest and overseeing the General Motors business, is shifting to a dedicated role for General Motors, overseeing the business globally and in the U.S. as executive vice president, global account director. Garcia previously headed BBDO's Detroit operations and oversaw that agency's Chrysler business.

Dan Coughlin was named director of sales for the eastern region at Twitter. Previously, Coughlin was the director of media sales at Facebook. In addition, Amanda Levy was named director of sales for the western region. Most recently, Levy oversaw west coast sales for Yelp.

Andrea Kerr Redniss was named vice president, group media director at Moxie Interactive.

MEC named Susan Schiekofer as managing partner, account director, responsible for all digital media planning and buying activities on the AT&T business. Most recently, Schiekofer was managing director at Neo@Ogilvy, responsible for clients including Time-Warner Cable, Medco and Sara Lee.
