• Deutsch NY Taps Souza For CMO Duties
    Deutsch New York has named Nicole Souza Chief Marketing Officer, a new role at the agency.  Souza, most recently executive vice president, growth & marketing at The Integer Group\TBWA, will report to Matt Baker, who was promoted to President of Deutsch NY in July.    At Integer she led efforts to win clients like Frito Lay, Lone Star Beer, Mars Wrigley, Purina, Starbucks and others.  Earlier she held account leadership positions at JWT, M&C Saatchi, McCann-Erickson, Amazon Advertising, and Mullen.  Souza starts at Deutsch on September 7th.

    Publicis Groupe has announced that Epsilon CEO Bryan Kennedy plans to retire at the end of 2021 after 25 years with the company. Kennedy will step down as CEO and transition into an Executive Strategic Advisor role, effective immediately, to help ensure a smooth transition. John Giuliani, former CEO of Conversant (now Epsilon PeopleCloud Digital Media Solutions), will rejoin Epsilon as Executive Chairman. Giuliani will oversee Epsilon and take on the responsibilities previously held by Kennedy. He will also join the Publicis Groupe Management Committee.
