"Think mobile first," said Chris Miller, chief digital officer at DraftFCB, in a keynote at the Email Insider Summit today. Pointing to metrics that email usage is down on the desktop but the No. 1 activity on mobile phones, Miller said that if you don't optimize for mobile, then consumers will delete your email. If things get bad enough, then consumers may stop checking their email on their phones.
