• Microsoft Releases Bing Ads For Android Devices
    Microsoft on Wednesday announced Bing Ads for Android to help marketers manage campaigns on mobile devices. The app enables marketers to view accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords performance; monitor multiple performance metrics simultaneously; edit budgets and bids, and more.
  • Recipe Search Engine Yummly Gets $15M
    Yummly -- a search engine for recipes -- just closed a $15 million series B investment from Bauer Venture Partners. “The company allows users to browse for personalized recipes and says it wants to help answer the question ‘What’s for dinner?’” VentureBeat writes. The company says it has 10 million registered users, and is currently registering more than 700 thousand new users each month. 
  • European Firms Launch Grip To Help Companies Sue Google
    Hausfeld, an international law firm with connections to companies affected by Google’s activities in Europe, and Avisa, a European public affairs company that represents complainants in the European antitrust case, have created an online platform to help companies sue Google for financial damages in European courts. The site called Grip, or Google Redress & Integrity Platform, wants to become a reference point for information on how to recoup losses and provide other legal guidance.
  • SPENDA's Sweet Swap Campaign Goes Into Reruns On Yahoo, Tumblr
    SPENDA will team up with Yahoo and Tumblr to relaunch a campaign, Sweet Swaps, that ran last year, which saw a 900% increase in engagements after running paid media on the site. Paid engagements on Tumblr such as likes, reblogs and follows exceeded the industry benchmark by 32%. The campaign will feature content from food experts, such as Laura in the Kitchen, and the Cooking Channel.
  • Google Releases Recommendations For Policing Content On Web Sites
    Google released three recommendations the company found "exceptionally effective" to help AdSense publishers police content on their site. The top three resources include enabling ads only on trusted content, report a violation link, and captcha.
