A state lawmaker in New York has joined the growing list of public officials to introduce legislation aimed at controlling how social media platforms handle users' posts.
"This case raises significant questions about private power and the state of free speech in America," Alex Berenson alleges in a lawsuit against Twitter.
"Enhanced social media strategies will likely be one of the biggest digital marketing trends in 2022 and beyond," the report states.
While the Debt Collection Rule allows debt collectors to remind you of your unpaid obligations on social media, no one else will see the message.
