• 180LA Recruits Social Media Manager Using Snapchat
    Because it's the latest and greatest shiny new object for which everyone is drooling, 180LA lost no time crafting a program using Snapchat whereby it recruited for a social media manager position with the agency.   Using Snapchat's geofilters, the agency targeted five agencies -- 72andSunny, Goodby, Pereira & O'Dell, Deutsch and R/GA -- in addition to the LA offices of Facebook, Google and BuzzFeed. The agency used Snapchat's Story feature to share information about the available position and how to apply.  Within the first 190 hours of the campaign's launch, over 40 candidates applied for the gig.

    Expanding its focus on live streaming, Facebook has partnered with DigitasLBi to produce a live-streamed morning show called Rise and Shine.
