• This Ad Exec Is Going to Spend 48 Hours in A Kennel With A Live-Tweeting Dog
Bizarre. It's really the only word I can come up with for the stunt from Pittsburgh ad agency, Brunner. Working with the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society, the agency is sending its chief growth officer, Dan Wald to the dogs.
  • Amazon Launches Program to Train Agencies About Its Ad Products
Launching with a select list of agencies including Arc Worldwide, DDB California, Epsilon-Ryan, Possible, Rockfish and TeaLab, Amazon's Trusted Creative Partner program aims to train agencies on how to better create for Amazon's ad offerings. The online retailer hopes to help agencies become a bit more creative, but more likely is doing it to reap the increased monetary benefits these ad units will surely generate once agencies become familiar with them.

Austin-based independent agency T3 is feeling quite cheerful this week. But the good cheer has nothing to do with the holidays. Nope. The agency was just named one of the top ten innovative ad agencies and was called a "strong performer" in The Forrester Wave: Innovation Agencies, Q4 2014 report from Forrester Research.
  • Agency Pits Gen Xers Against Millennials In Holiday Smackdown
This ad agency "holiday card" from Boston-based Winsper pits the old against the young with a not so thinly veiled commentary on the trials and tribulations of Gen Xers working side by side with Millennials. It's the connected versus the tech illiterate. The chatty versus the subdued.
  • Austin Agency Gives Us Wisecrackin' Hipster Santa For Christmas
This ad agency Christmas video takes an entirely different direction from the norm. Okay -- well, maybe not completely different since it features a hipster Santa and, generally, no agency can do any form of self-promo without invoking at least a little bit of hipster.
  • Agency Brings On Christmas Cheer With Anti-Christmas, One-Shot Video
And the ad agency holiday cards keep rolling in. Mostly in video form, it seems, this week. School Editing has crafted this video featuring the catchy tune, "Don't Believe in Christmas" by the Sonics.
