• Idaho Sex Offender Listing Website Adds Email Alerts
    An Idaho website that tracks sex offenders has been updated allowing citizens to sign up to get an email to find out if a convicted sex offender lives near them. The platform lets the citizen share their email in order to get alerts about who currently leaves near them and to find out if anyone on the sex offender registry moves into their area. "We put the infrastructure in place for the public, if they so desire to use it," Dawn Peck, an officer at the Idaho State Police, told KTVB.

The Experian Marketing Services 2013 Q3 Email Benchmark Report also found that unique open rates increased 6 percent in Q3 2103, as compared to Q3 2012. The report also identified that including a brand name in only shipping confirmation emails helped brands see a 7 percent increase in unique open rates.

Most users have had their access restored, but the company is still restoring access to messages for some users.
