British grocery store chain Tesco has a new CEO with a plan. Dave Lewis, the new head of the struggling company, started this week and on his first day, sent at email to all 500,000 employees of the company, asking for them to email him back directly with their tips on how the chain could be improved. He's clearly not going for inbox zero in his new role.

Ireland's police force, the Garda, sent an email to its list of recipients yesterday but forgot to BCC the message, exposing the email addresses of 1,746 people. The email bulletin, which contained tips on community watch programs, was sent by mistake, the agency said. The organization has apologized for the email and has recalled the email.
