    Almost half (42%) of email marketers send the same exact same email to every person on their list, according to a new report from GetResponse. The State of Email Marketing By Industry, which includes survey responses from 1,831 marketers, also revealed that 75 percent of marketers use email automation.

According to the "Email List Strategy Survey Summary Report" conducted by Ascend2, 46 percent of marketers report that their email list quality is increasing, while 38 percent say it's not changing and 16 percent report that it is decreasing.
