    University of Washington student Eric Ju Yoon Kim has designed a smart watch that helps the blind read emails and texts. The watch works in conjunction with both iOS and Android mobile devices. Users can send texts and emails to the wearable device which raises and lowers pins on its face in order to create Braille characters that can be read by the blind.

    Nigerian man Amechi Colvis Amuegbunam is in jail in Texas awaiting trial for charges that he created documents and email domains to convince companies into wiring hundreds of thousands of dollars to offshore bank accounts. He is accused of collecting a total of more than $600,000 from 17 Texan companies in the fraud scheme which peaked in 2015.

According to a new report from Blackbaud, 32 percent of all fundraising emails were received between 9am ET and 1pm ET during the month of December 2015. This number dropped 10 percent as marketers began shifting their send times later in the day.
