Retailer NIS America announced in an email and on social media that it had suffered a serious security breach. The company has taken its online store down to prevent further information from being stolen.

Email provider SendGrid reported 2017 revenue of $111.9 million -- a 40% increase over 2016 -- in its first financial report since going public last year. It also posted a $6.3 million net loss for the year.
