A new league is starting up -- again: The United Football League, a merger of the XFL and USFL, owned by an investment group fronted by actor/producer Dwayne Johnson, a former wannabe football player who didn't quite make it into the college or professional game.

It's mostly about the streaming-only bundle, seemingly in growing demand for modern entertainment consumers. Some of this might happen among streaming platform owners themselves.
