Cramer-Krasselt has been named agency of record for World Kitchen's CORELLE brand. The account will be handled out of C-K's Milwaukee office and is valued at $8 million. The agency will handle brand planning, creative, interactive, and media for all of CORELLE'S sub-brands and materials.

Starcom Mediavest Group (SMG) has been awarded global communication planning and media buying for the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). The appointment covers both STB's Consumer and MICE business. The account will be managed from SMG's Asia Headquarters, located in Singapore. The pitch took place over a four-month period and included incumbent agency Maxus, part of WPP's Group M, Carat, OMD and Universal McCann. The account is estimated at $15 million USD.

FosterGrant, a designer and marketer of sunglasses, reading glasses, and optical frames, has chosen the Phillips Design Group (PDG) as its agency of record. The account, last handled full time by Mullen, but most recently on a project basis, was won after a review of regional agencies. Billings are estimated to be in the mid six-figures through the end of this year.
