• OKRP Wins Chervon Business
    Power tool company Chervon has named  O’Keefe Reinhard its creative agency of record following a formal review. Incumbent The Escape Pod participated in the pitch.  Now, OKRP will support new product launches and brands across Chervon’s portfolio including Skil, Skilsaw and Flex. First up, OKRP will develop TV advertising for Chervon's eco-friendly Ego brand set to launch in spring 2020.  
  • Zoopla Seeks Transformation With Rapp UK
    Real estate property site Zoopla is hiring Rapp UK to overhaul its customer relationship management program. Rapp UK will work with Zoopla to evolve its data infrastructure and capabilities with the intention of building a more robust CRM framework that matches buyrer and renters with UK properties.
  • KSM Wins Media AOR For Cayman Islands Dept. Of Tourism
    Chicago-based Kelly Scott Madison has been appointed U.S. agency of record for media planning and placement for Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. The U.S. is the largest source of tourists for the Caymans. The appointment, effective immediately, followed a formal review.
  • Hothouse Joins IHG Agency Roster
    InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is adding Hothouse to the hospitality group's roster of American agencies following an RFP. The Atlanta-based marketing agency will provide IHG with a wide range of marketing services, including content development, production, internal communications development and campaign execution. Hothouse’s services will be available to all of IHG’s brands, including: InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Regent Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza and numerous others.  
  • The Richards Group Wins P.F. Chang's
    P.F. Chang's is appointing The Richards Group as the Asian restaurant chain's new creative agency of record. The business previously was handled in-house. In addition to handling creative duties, the agency will be responsible for ongoing brand planning and digital strategy. Through this partnership, P.F. Chang’s aims to elevate the guest experience by showing the inspiration and connection between dishes and their Asian origin, as well as enhancing the overall dining experience.
  • RumbleOn Appoints Huge As First AOR
    E-commerce car buying platform RumbleOn has named  Interpublic’s Huge as its first agency of record. Huge will handle campaign development, digital advertising and marketing, traditional media buying and business-oriented marketing. First up, Huge will work with RumbleOn to assess the brand and its potential evolution. Creative development is also being evaluated along with a review of potential ad channels that the client might add to its current selection of mostly online media.  
  • Epsilon, Fallon Worldwide Lock Up Key Bank Account
    Key Bank is appointing Publicis Groupe's Epsilon and Fallon Worldwide as its agencies of record beating out two other finalists in a competitive review. Publicis landed this business largely because of the 25 year relationship between Key Bank and the Groupe's recently acquired Epsilon. The Richards Group served as the incumbent. The  remit encompasses brand strategy and creative, media strategy, buying and planning, creative strategy and production; personalized marketing, CRM, direct mail, direct response and email marketing.   • Havas Chicago Takes On Yellowstone Pro Bono Work
    Yellowstone Forever, the nonprofit partner of Yellowstone National Park is naming Havas Chicago as its agency of record. Ogilvy previously serviced the account. The pro-bono marketing program includes media, creative, PR, digital and social support. New messaging will focus primarily on fundraising to support efforts like improving park infrastructure and protecting Yellowstone's ecosystem.  
  • Digitas Wins Here Technologies Account
    Here Technologies is appointing Digitas as the mapping and location platform service provider's global media agency following a competitive pitch. The Publicis Groupe-owned agency's UK team will lead the account across key markets globally, with the first media activity planned for Q4 of this year.
  • VIRTUE Wraps Up Pandora Business
    Pandora is appointing Vice's creative agency VIRTUE as global lead creative agency, responsible for the jewelry company's brand purpose, tagline, creative strategy, aspirational audience, design and overall equity, working in collaboration with Kantar and Firework Consulting. First up, the partnership will rebrand the jewelry brand largely through brand ambassador actress Millie Bobby Brown and seek to better connect with Gen Z.
