    The California Tobacco Control Program has issued a request for proposals for its advertising campaign. The five-year contract begins July 1, 2014 and runs through June 30, 2019. The CTCP advertising campaign would target California’s general market and selected ethnic and priority population markets to raise awareness about the dangers of tobacco use and secondhand smoke.
