    TBWA/Chiat Day has been named agency of record for Sprint and Nextel. The agency will handle the consumer advertising and launch of the soon-to-be merged companies. The account is estimated at $300 million.
  • BMW - Fallon
    BMW has driven off into the sunset, with its agency, Fallon, resigning the account. The automaker has placed its estimated $150 million account in review.
  • Orange and Rockland Utilities - VogtGoldstein
    Energy company Orange and Rockland Utilities has named VogtGoldstein as its agency. Billings were not disclosed. The agency will create marketing materials for many of O&R's flagship programs. The work will include print ads, broadcast, bill inserts, direct response, interactive, and other non-traditional media. Media planning and buying will be handled by Media Storm.
  • HEAT - Moderati
    San Francisco-based agency HEAT has signed Moderati, a provider of ringtones and other downloadable content for mobile phones, as its latest client. Work includes print, online, and radio ads targeting the tween and teen demographic, with print ads breaking in September. Spending was not released.
  • Levitra - BBDO Worldwide
    BBDO Worldwide has replaced Saatchi & Saatchi Consumer Healthcare on the estimated $140 million Levitra account.
