Mullen has been named domestic marketing agency for the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism (MOTT). The agency will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy to promote Massachusetts as a year-round travel destination. Mullen currently serves as MOTT's public relations agency of record.
