    Following a three-month review, Sun Microsystems has opted to keep its estimated $50 million global media account with Starcom Worldwide. The account includes global media strategy, investments, and local marketing support.

    Shell Group has consolidated its estimated $240 million global media account at MediaCom and Maxus. Initiative media also participated in the review.
  • Lands' End
    Lands' End has selected four finalists in its quest for a creative agency. Advancing to the next round are: BBDO, Chicago; Downtown Partners, Chicago; Fresh Grey, New York; and, Young & Laramore, Indianapolis. The review began in April and is expected to be conclude by the end of July.
  • Empower MediaMarketing - Foohy
    Empower MediaMarketing, Cincinnati, has been named media agency for Foohy, maker of school supplies such as writing instruments, markers and erasers targeting tweens. Billings were not disclosed.
  • Dyson
    Dyson has placed its $50 million advertising account in review. Fallon presently handles the account.
  • Belle Rock Gaming
    Belle Rock Gaming's estimated $20 million advertising account has been placed in review. Competing for the account are Avrett Free & Ginsberg and Euro RSCG.
  • Northwestern Mutual
    Northwestern Mutual has placed its estimated $15 million advertising account in review. JWT presently handles the account.
