The win renews and expands Marcus Thomas's relationship with the Ohio Lottery. The agency's previous, $9 million, TV media and sponsorship contract was successfully defended, and a separate, $6.5 million contract, covering print, radio, outdoor and online media, was newly awarded. Combined billings are $15.5 million.
