    The Biltmore Company, which owns and operates an 8,000-acre, 19th century estate in Asheville, N.C., selected Dallas-based independent The Richards Group as agency of record for its retreat destination division. The Richards Group will handle brand planning, creative development and media planning and buying for the estate and its four-star inn. Creative is expected to launch in November.
