Applebee's International has moved its $100-million-plus media business to Starcom North America, headquartered in Chicago. Initiative media previously handled the account. Starcom will be responsible for integrated media planning and buying strategies, plus new media opportunities.
Y&R has been named lead creative agency for Toys 'R' Us. The account will be headquartered in the NY agency and include strategic planning and creative to build both the brand and in-store experience.
