    Verizon Wireless has selected Latinvox New York as its agency of record for the company's Hispanic marketing initiatives across the Northeast. Latinvox will provide Verizon Wireless with integrated marketing support including advertising, promotions, direct marketing, public relations and media planning and buying.     Kelliher Samets Volk has been retained by the Student Conservation Association (SCA), Charlestown, N.H., to provide brand strategy services. The account, most recently handled by Amalgamated, New York, was won without a review. Billings were not disclosed.

    MSN has moved its online media buying duties from Avenue A/Razorfish to Universal McCann.
