    Orbitz tapped Optimedia US to handle its offline media chores in North America. Orbitz continues to manage its online media buys internally. Optimedia US replaces Mullen's MediaHub division that took over the business in mid-2008. Orbitz instituted the review due to a conflict within MediaHub's client roster. BBDO New York handles creative chores for Orbitz.
  • WONGDOODY - Activate Drinks
    WONGDOODY won the Activate Drinks account. The agency will be creating retail, trade and consumer campaigns, spanning print and online advertising, in-store, packaging design, social media and digital initiatives. Activate is currently sold in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Nevada, and plans to roll out nationally by the end of the year. Estimated billings will be $7 - 10 million.

    Cellular South tapped Spark Communications to manage its traditional and digital media buying and planning duties.

    Diageo placed its $130 million U.S. media planning and buying account in review. MediaCom currently handles the work and will defend.

    TELETOON Canada named Tribal DDB Canada's Toronto office as its digital and social media agency of record.
  • H&R Block - Fallon
    Fallon was named lead creative agency for H&R Block's $150 million advertising account. DDB previously handled the account.
  • Alberto Culver - Maxus
    Alberto Culver tapped Maxus to handle its U.S. media account, estimated at $125 million. Carat previously handled the account.
  • Australian Wool Innovation - Euro RSCG Worldwide
    Following a global review, Australian Wool Innovation named Euro RSCG Worldwide as its global agency of record. MPG was awarded global media duties.
  • MSNBC - Mono
    MSNBC named Mono as its agency of record, charged with handling creative and advertising efforts.
