    Capella University, an accredited online university headquartered in Minneapolis, has assigned its online advertising efforts to Avenue A/Razorfish, as well as online creative responsibilities to sister interactive agency i-FRONTIER.     After a six-month review, Consolidated Shoe Co. out of Lynchburg, Va., has named Republik, Durham, N.C., as its agency of record; it will be responsible for all brands. Other review participants included Jennings & Co., Prototype Advertising, Webb Graphics, and the incumbent, Letween Marketing Group. A $2.5 million budget will go to trade and consumer print, trade show, and logo design.
