Euro RSCG Chicago has been named agency of record for Barilla North America, following a review. Work will include TV, print and new media. Campbell Mithun Minneapolis and Element 79 also participated in the final review. Billings were not disclosed.

Advertising duties on the Miller Lite brand have been consolidated at Crispin Porter + Bogusky. The consolidation removed Ogilvy & Mather, Wieden + Kennedy, and The Martin Agency from Miller Lite's agency roster.

H&R Block has placed its $100 million advertising account in review. Campbell Mithun currently handles the account.

The Peoples Bank and Trust Company has hired Sullivan-St.Clair for creative and marketing services. Spending was not released.

AEGON Direct Marketing Services, direct response marketers of life and supplemental health insurance, selected Deutsch New York as agency of record for its Critical Illness Insurance product. Deutsch NY will handle all integrated direct, interactive, search engine marketing, Web site development/redesign, relationship marketing, media planning, DRTV and public relations responsibilities.
