• Six Flags - Zimmerman Advertising
    Six Flags has named Zimmerman Advertising as creative agency of record for its North American business, estimated at $75 million. The agency will be responsible for the strategic, media planning and creative efforts for the company's 30 parks in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. OgilvyOne Worldwide will retain the direct and interactive business for Six Flags, and Mindshare will retain media buying responsibilities.
  • Bridgestone Firestone
    The Richards Group, incumbent Grey New York, Foote Cone & Belding Chicago and Leo Burnett Chicago have advanced to the finals of Bridgestone Firestone's review. Creative and media duties, estimated at $25 million, are up for grabs.
  • Groupe Danone
    Four agencies are competing for Groupe Danone's $75 million media account. They are: PHD, Carat, Media Planning Group and incumbent MediaCom.
  • Progressive
    Progressive has placed creative duties on its $150 million account in review. Doner most recently handled the work.
  • ABN AMRO
    ABN AMRO, a financial services brand, has tapped Stein Rogan + Partners to launch the first advertising campaign for the company's S-Notes brand of structured investment products. The online and offline campaign launches in September and will target broker/dealers, full service brokerages and individual investors. Spending was not released.
