• Publicis Groupe Awarded More RB Business
    Reckitt Benckiser (RB) has awarded more of its business to Publicis Groupe following a competitive pitch. The Groupe will now manage RB Health’s Central European media strategy, digital planning and purchasing via Publicis Media. This includes Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.  RB Hygiene has also consolidated its offline media duties with Publicis Media across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Whoop, a Boston-based startup raised $100 million in Series E funding in October, which the company says puts its value at $1.2 billion. Investors include NFL greats Patrick Mahomes and Eli Manning, NBA star Kevin Durant and pro golfer Rory McIlroy.     Reckitt Benckiser (RB) is adding VCCP to the conglomerate’s agency roster following a competitive review. There was no incumbent agency as this is a new assignment working across the Brando’s hygiene portfolio: Harpic, Vanish and Finish.The agency will be tasked with delivering digital consumer experience strategies and advising on the range of digital consumer touchpoints including content, social and digital advertising and e-commerce.

    The Italian National Tourism Board (ENIT) is appointing Wagstaff as the group’s first agency of record to grow American visitors as the country recovers post-pandemic.   • McKinney Wins Stop & Shop AOR
    Ad agency McKinney has been appointed AOR for supermarket chain Stop & Shop. As lead agency it will handle development of Stop & Shop's communication and advertising plan, including strategy consulting and creative campaign development and production. The chain spent an estimated $14.5 million on measured media in 2019 and about $13.8 million during the first nine months of 2020, according to Kantar.
